The informative bit; A grower’s champagne made from grapes grown on 28 acres of vineyards from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, 5 miles to the east of Epernay. Blended from the wines of 2 vintages, 2008 and 9, and aged on its lees* for 3.5 years in the bottle resulting in a smooth and toasty fizz.
Tasting notes; Dry, smooth, citrus and creamy with toasty almond flavours.
Drinking hints and tips: Great for any celebration or a decadent treat to toast the end of the week with a bowl or crisps. Great with your Friday Fish and Chips or for breakfast with Eggs Benedict.
