The informative bit; Cava is produced in the Method Traditional, the same way as Champagne. Production is not restricted to a particular region in Spain, but the majority comes from Catalonia and is typically made from the indigenous spanish grapes however, producers are beginning to experiment with Champagne varieties, as this one is, creating exceptional dry and fruity wines to rival good Cremant de Bourgogne and simpler Champagnes.

Tasting notes; Red apple with a tinge of pink, it’s soft and long on the finish.
